In February, Annapolis- based Syndicus, Inc. and NACON Consulting, LLC merged to become Syndicus NACON. The merge combines Syndicus’ strengths of IT staffing and solutions, as well as NACON’s federal government contracting, and expands the new organization’s ability to provide staffing, projects and product services to private and public organizations worldwide. These services include the secure, patented training platform, VirtualOnDemand™ (VOD). The merged organization will continue to focus on: Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology, especially Cyber Security.

At the same time, Syndicus NACON hired Ms. Elana Washburn as Vice President, Staffing and Solutions. Ms. Washburn brings 17 years of business unit leadership, specifically as the sales leader of recruiting and placement agencies. She will lead the staffing and solutions division, Exemplar.

Syndicus NACON also hired Mr. Kyle Hyland as Director, Federal Solutions to lead the pursuit of new federal-based, government contracts. Mr. Hyland brings 10 years of experience to his new role with Syndicus NACON.
